The Bowling Angles will be holding at Benefit Bowl for Camie (Stoneking) Kagarice and Leroy Kagarice at Adrian Lanes on Main Street in Adrian on Saturday, February 24th. There will be three games of 9-pin, no tap starting at 2pm.
Camie and Leroy are avid bowlers, and Leroy is a member of the Adrian Elks Lodge. They are lifetime residents of Bates County who have raised their family here and have always been active in the community.
Camie is undergoing cancer treatment, and Leroy is preparing for dialysis. This is an amazing opportunity for those of Bates County and the surrounding area to rally together to help these two amazing people fight these battles. It is time to remind them that they are not alone!
To participate in the Benefit Bowl there is a $25 fee per bowler, and bowlers are asked to arrive by 1:30pm. Anyone can bowl! There is no membership required! To sign up to bowl during the 2pm game contact Anita at 660-424-0423!
If you don’t like to bowl but still want to participate, there will be a silent auction also taking place during the Benefit Bowl for Camie (Stoneking) Kagarice and Leroy Kagarice. Adrian area businesses and individuals have donated a variety of items that will be up for auction during the silent auction. Bidding for the silent auction will begin at 2pm. In addition, there will be door prizes and 50/50 drawings taking place throughout the event.
While you’re bowling or taking part in the silent auction, you can get something to eat! Clint and Sharon Schuman will be serving Pulled Pork and Brisket sandwiches with chips. A free will donation will be accepted for the food.
