Fraud in Appleton City

On Dec. 29, a St. Clair County detective met with Gerald Fennewald at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in reference to fraud from his bank account.

Mr. Fennewald stated he believed that his ex-girlfriend had forged his signature on checks being withdrawn from his account. 

Fennewald got copies of his bank account transactions and showed them to the detective. Total amount of money in question is $1675.89. Fennewald filled out a request for prosecution.
