Visitation will be 1:00-2:00pm prior to service. Interment will follow service in the Deepwater Cemetery, Deepwater.

Cecile Loraine was born in Clinton the daughter of Claude Marshall and Alice Vivian (Smith) Stotts. She was married to Raymond Eugene Bigler. She worked at Hutcherson's Drug Store as a pharmacy clerk and at the soda fountain and also at the Daily Democrat. She loved to travel and go camping and enjoying her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters Shirley Landes and Mary Jo Witherspoon.
Survivors include her husband Raymond of the home; son, Fred (Sherri) Bigler of Clinton; daughters, Vivian (Kenneth) Kasper of Windsor, Jody Cox, and Susan Bigler both of Nevada, MO.; grandchildren, Jamie Vogel, Matthew Cox, Ben Cox, Jeremy Cox, Crystal Cox, Rachel Cox, Jamie Cox, Tim Bigler, Joshua Bigler, Quade Bigler, Jackie Hughes, Nicole Collins, Brandon McGinnis, and Kristen Carlson; numerous great grandchildren; brother, Arthur (Regina) Stotts, sisters, Betty (Robert) George and Claudia (Jim) Wells; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
