Claudia was raised in the Detroit, Michigan area. She worked for General Motors until her retirement. Following her retirement she moved to Nevada to be with her longtime companion Richard Hargrove who preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, David Bailey (Cheryl) of Macomb, MI, and Geoffrey Bailey (Lisa) of Macomb, MI; four grandchildren, Austin, Alex, Jack, and Collin; a brother, Daniel Herold, Fenton, MI; the daughter of her longtime companion, Sandra Fernandez (Tim) of Queen Creek, AZ, and their daughters, Sarena, Emma, Katherine. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
