A sentencing is set to take place Thursday in Henry County concerning a fatality traffic accident more than two years ago.
In Nov. of 2015, the MSHP responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 7, just east of Route AA.
One vehicle was driven by 27 year old Caitlin Taillon of Kansas City. The other vehicle was driven by 57 year old Christopher Landsberg of Clinton.
Taillon was not injured however a passenger in her vehicle was. Landsberg was killed in the accident.
Taillon was eventually charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a controlled substance, assault in the second degree, poss. of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Taillon pled guilty in November of last year and sentencing is scheduled for this Thursday at 2:30pm.
