The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2017 800 CF Moto driven by 51 year old Larry D. Fleagle of Butler, Missouri was attempting to make a left hand turn when it overturned.
Mr. Fleagle sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to the Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle received moderate damages and was secured at the scene of the accident.
