At about 4:00 this evening Officers of the Garden City Police Department and Deputies of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office searched a residence in the 300 block of F Hwy for a fugitive wanted in Wyandotte County, Kansas for failing to register as a sex offender.
The residents of the house were not cooperative, but the 40 year old man from Kansas City, Kansas was located in the residence hiding in a bathroom. The Kansas City, Kansas man was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail.
