On 2/8/18 around 1:30pm the Nevada Police Department responded to Sutherland's Lumber located at 2101 E. Austin Blvd in Nevada after a delivery driver encountered the man allegedly attempting to steal a delivery truck.
The suspect who was identified as 28 year old Christopher J. Davis of Plainview, Texas didn't comply with the officers orders and resisted arrested before being tasered twice.
Felony charges of alleging vehicle tampering and resisting arrest were filed against Mr.Davis on Friday and his bond was set at $10,000 cash only -- with a formal arraignment pending.
