The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2001 Dodge Caravan driven by 22 year old Johnathon D. Brigner of Collins, Missouri was avoiding a deer in the roadway, driver over corrected and struck a ditch.
Mr. Brigner along with a passenger in his vehicle 43 year old Sarina R. Hart both sustained moderate injuries in this accident and both were transported to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri for treatment.
