On 03/24/2018 at approximately midnight, Officer Stuteville attempted to stop a car on N Linn Valley Dr for failing to dim it's headlights.

The vehicle increased speed to approximately 70 mph in an attempt to elude the officer. Officer Kline positioned his patrol car at the exit gate on Ullery rd where they were able to box in the vehicle and bring it to a stop.

Three individuals from Garnett KS were subsequently arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines with intent to distribute, Possession of Heroin, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Felony Fleeing and Eluding and Driving While Suspended. One individual had an outstanding warrant from Anderson County.

Outstanding job. This is a great example of what a minor traffic infraction can lead to.
