Full time opening available immediately for a customer service representative/sales support position at Farmers Insurance in Butler, Missouri. This is a Monday-Friday full time position (with occasional/rare Saturday hours) at a locally owned and operated insurance agency that offers many insurance products.
Candidate must be able to multi-task and be EXCELLENT with people. Proficient computer and phone skills are a necessity. Candidate will be servicing client policies, communicating with companies/underwriters, handling claims, billing, etc.
Candidate MUST possess the following characteristics:

-MOTIVATION- Must be self motivated. Candidate WILL be trained but they must possess the will to problem solve at times.
-CHARACTER / SUPPORTIVE- Must have the mind set that he/she will be a support position in the agency. Candidate will provide support to owner and other team members to help agency run smoothly. Candidate will be representing the agency in the office as well as outside of it's doors.
-OPEN MINDED- Candidate must possess the capability to receive and complete tasks given with enthusiasm.
-WORK ETHIC- Candidate MUST possess hard work ethic. Nothing less will be accepted. This is not a position to just show up and get a paycheck. This is a career. The more the agency succeeds, the more the employee succeeds.
-TEAM PLAYER- Candidate must be able to work with owner and other team members towards goals without drama or jealously, PERIOD.
