Officers had recently developed information regarding a known male subject at that location that had reportedly been involved in illegal drug activity.
During the search of the apartment officers located and seized packages of suspected methamphetamine, and multiple pieces of suspected drug paraphernalia. The evidence seized from the residence will be sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for further analysis.
The known male subject, identified as Michael Hall, age of 31 of Nevada was not found at the residence during the search warrant, but was located by officers on March 13, 2018. He was taken into custody by Nevada Police and transported to the Vernon County Jail.
Another subject identified as Aaron Hallam, age 30 of Nevada was taken into custody during the execution of the search warrant and transported to the Vernon County Jail.
On Saturday March 10, 2018 the following charges were filed against Michael Hall through the Vernon County Associate Court:
Possession of a Controlled Substance - Class D Felony
Hall is being held in the Vernon County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 cash only bond.
