Phil was born June 20, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to Thomas and Joyce Watts Arnold. He spent most of his life working as a mechanic. Most of which were spent working with his dad in his dad's junkyard. He loved fishing, hunting and listening to classic rock n' roll music. Phil was also quite the hobbyist, making homemade walking canes and restoring old furniture. He also had a great appreciation for classic cars, trucks and bikes, telling you more than enough information about each and every one he came across.
Phil married Sandra Kaye Kiesel and to this union three children were born, Nicole Marie, Kristine Kaye and Joseph Wilbur. He had the pleasure of getting to know and to hold his two grandsons. Even though it was only for a short time, he was very proud and deeply loved both of them.
Phil was preceded in death by his father Tom Arnold, brother Lester Arnold and nephew Jacob Arnold.
He is survived by his mother Joyce Watts Arnold, daughter Nicole (Kenny) Rogers and their son Alexander James, daughter Kristine Arnold, and by his son Joseph (Emily) Arnold and their son Eli Wesley.
Phil is also survived by his brothers John (Debbie) Arnold and Tom E. (Pat) Arnold, sisters Susan (Doug) Davis, Brenda (Pablo) Ortiz, Beverly Foster and Brenda Sue Arnold. Along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
