Rich Hill man arrested in St.Clair County

On March 26, Ronald Campbell, 32, Rich Hill, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failure to pay fines on a class D misdemeanor of no insurance and an unclassified misdemeanor failure to yield to vehicle/pedestrian lawfully in controlled of intersection/crosswalk. Total bond is set at $305 cash only.
 
 The charges stem from a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Feb. 23, 2017.
