The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the driver 74 year old Frederic K. Powell of Pleasant Hill, Missouri passed away from a unknown medical condition before his out of control 2016 Subaru Forrester side swiped a parked car and overturned.
Mr. Powell was pronounced dead on the scene by the Jackson County Medical Examiners Office.The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Stevers Tow.
