The Hume Christian Church will be hosting a Sloppy Joe Feed for VBS on Sunday, April 29 at noon at the Church. VBS is always so much fun for the kids in the community.
The Hume Alliance Ministry Spaghetti feed was a huge success on Sunday. The day was a little rainy, but that didn’t stop people from coming out and enjoying the delicious Spaghetti and tons of delicious desserts. Several were lucky winners of the door prizes that were given away through out the dinner. Those door prizes were donated by various businesses and people. The dinner raised a little over $2400.00 and this will go to serve many in the food pantry. The Hume Alliance Ministry appreciates everyone who helped and all of those who came out in the rain.
