She was born April 29, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Leo John Loughren and Mary Catherine (Marr) Loughren. She married Richard Kenneth Weaver on February 24, 1962 in Mount Lebanon, PA. He survives of the home.
Beth was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Clinton, and was a member of the Altar Society of the church. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the communications squadron. She enlisted from graduating high school in 1959 and served until 1962. She volunteered at various organizations as health permitted, enjoyed reading, gardening, bird watching, and veterinarian television shows. She loved animals, recently adopting a couple of neighborhood kittens.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Richard K. Weaver, Carrollton, Georgia; two daughters, Lynn Elizabeth Ivie and husband Jimmy, Clinton, MO, and Tracy Ann Weaver, Clinton, MO; three grandsons, Cody W. Ivie, Clinton, MO, Clay J. Ivie, Tucson, Arizona, and Max C. Weaver, Carrollton, GA; four brothers, Louie Loughren and wife Sandy, Pittsburgh, PA, Jay Loughren and wife Pati, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, Jack Loughren and wife Kathy, St. Louis, MO, and Jerry Loughren and wife Mary Ellen, Frisco, Texas; her faithful rescue companion, Bree; brother and sister in law, Kenny and Carol Weaver, North Haven, Connecticut; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother who raised her, Lorene Marie (Kessler) Loughren; and one son, Christopher Leo Weaver on March 3, 2007.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Jim Taranto, Celebrant. Burial will be Monday afternoon, April 9, 2018 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery-Higginsville in Higginsville, MO. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions to the C.A.R.E., (Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor), and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
