Shirley was raised in Jerico Springs on the rural family farm and attended school in Sheldon. She worked at Nellie Don, Keys, and as a CNA locally in the healthcare field. Shirley’s passions were, raising miniature Schnauzers, tending to her cats and spending time with her much loved black lab “Kate”. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, watching game shows and soap operas on television, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and pets.
Survivors include three children, Liminda Stevenson (Larry), Nevada, Edward Bogart (Megan), Wilmington, NC, Meshele Crooks (Carey), Nevada; 15 grandchildren, Christina Quenzer, Heather Horton, Jarad Daniels, Travis Bogart, Marklee Bogart, Bridget White, Caramee Crooks, Molly Love, Kandette Ricketts, Michael Bogart, Shawn Stevenson, Catlyn Bogart, Will Daniels, Brittany Stevenson, Krystal McCoy; numerous great-grandchildren; extended and treasured friends.
A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
