On 4/17/18 around 5:21pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 42 year old Hugo Lopez-Hernandez of Overland Park, Kansas.
Mr. Hernandez was arrested for 1.) Felony Child Endangerment 2.) DWI - Alcohol -Prior Offender 3.) Driving without a license 4.) Improper Lane Change(X2) 5.) Speeding 6.) Failure to secure a child less than 8 years old in a booster seat.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler, Missouri and he is currently listed as bondable.
