The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 Pontiac driven by 47 year old Sarah E. Baumgardner of Eureka, Missouri ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a embankment.
Sarah E. Baumgardner along with a passenger in her vehicle 3 year old Rylee E. Julian of Windsor, Missouri both sustained moderate injuries in this accident.
Rylee Julian was transported by Life Flight Eagle to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
Sarah E. Baumgardner was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri.
The vehicle was totaled was towed from the scene by Golden Valley of Clinton, Missouri.
