Wayne was born March 23, 1962 in Clinton, the son of Darrel Eugene Shriner and Carol Ann (Hulett) Shriner.
Wayne worked most of his adult life in the machining industry. He worked several years at Stahl's and then several years at Gardner Denver in Sedalia. He ended his working years with Schreiber. Wayne was a member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton. Wayne had a great love for his horses and going camping and trail riding with his family, but above all Wayne loved his kids and grandkids and spending time with them.
Wayne is survived by his 5 kids, Dillon and wife Jessica of Clinton, Tiffany Shriner of Clinton, Monica Shriner of Clinton, Shayla Shriner and fiancée Zack of Clinton, Whitney Young of Clinton. 5 grandkids, Trevor, Clara, Cedar, Aspen and Olsen. One brother, Lynn and wife Laura Shriner, 2 nieces, Emily and Natalie one nephew Alan, along with a host of aunts, uncles and many cousins and his special friend, Darlene Kelly.
Wayne was preceded in death by his daughter Nicole Irene and granddaughter, Ivey Blair.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton.
