Mr. Carr was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine 2.)Possession of 10 or less grams of marijuana 3.)Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
