Willard M Wagner was born May 23, 1932 in Bates County, Missouri the son of Edward J Wagner and Rhoda Belle McGuire Wagner. Bill served in the United States Navy from 1952 until 1956. He was employed by the State of Missouri as a liquor control agent.
He is survived by his wife Peggy Decker Wagner of Grain Valley, Missouri; son Mike Wagner, two daughters Vicki and Cindy and one brother Donald Wagner.
