Body of Deceased Male Found Near Harrisonville

Cass Co – On Tuesday June 19, 2018 around 9:30 am deputies responded to a field in the 23500 block of S. Airport Rd Harrisonville after a subject reported finding a body in a field. Deputies arrived and located the body of a male that was deceased.

Investigators with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office and Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office are working to confirm the identification of the victim. The cause of death has not been determined. An autopsy will take place on Wednesday in Jackson County.
