James “Jim” Edward King, age 92, of Butler, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Butler. Jim was born June 1, 1926 in Adrian, Missouri to Rubin and Gertrude King.
Jim is survived by his daughter Carole Edmonds and husband Dan. He also leaves grandsons Paul Edmonds and wife Jennifer of Weston, Missouri, Jeff Edmonds of Chicago, Illinois; and John Edmonds and wife Ashley of Prairie Village, Kansas; and five great-grandchildren, Peyton, Brodie, Brooke, Matthew, and Luke. Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Jane King in 2013; his son Rusty King in 1984; a brother Robert King; and a sister Dorothy.
