On 6/1/18 around 10:38am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 28 year old Bobby W. West of Richards, Missouri.
Mr. West was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession Of and Controlled Substance.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler, Missouri and later was released.
