· 3 Nursing Home/Hospice type deaths were reported for the period. None required further investigation.
· On July 11, 2018 at approximately 3:30 PM the Coroner was called to a residence in northeastern Bates County near Urich. Mae Evelyn Miller was pronounced on scene by Bates County Coroner Greg Mullinax. Additional information is not available at this time.
· On July 15, 2018 the Coroner was called to the Bates County Memorial Hospital Emergency Department. Gerald R. Gilliland of Adrian was pronounced by ER personnel following an automobile accident. The accident was investigated with the assistance of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A.
