The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2011 Ford driven by 41 year old Joshua M. Dawe of Harrisonville, Missouri ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Mr. Dawe sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, Missouri for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by J's Southland Tow.
