The Kansas State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by 54 year old Timothy M. Walsh of Kansas City, Missouri veered onto the right shoulder, driver lost control and slid to a stop.
Mr. Walsh sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was flown by Life Flight Eagle to Research medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment of his injuries.
The motorcycle was totaled and Mr. Walsh was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
