An overnight fire destroyed a former school building at 359th St and Metcalf west of Drexel, leaving mostly just cinderblock walls standing in the smoldering remains.
Around 6:30 this morning, fire crews were still on the scene putting out hot spots.
The cause of the fire is unknown. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
