Mr. Dancer had been hitting her with closed fists over the last few days.
The last incident had happened when Dancer got mad because she had brought him Taco Bell instead of KFC. He then struck her with his fist. The Deputy observed multiple bruises on the victim’s upper arm and shoulder.
On August 8, 2018 a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driven by Ryan Dancer. The license plates on the vehicle came back stolen because Dancer had given insufficient funds to the Department of Revenue when he purchased the license plates.
The Deputy removed the license plates from the vehicle and took Dancer into custody for the domestic assault charge.
Ryan Dancer is being held at the Bates County Jail on 3 charges of domestic assault in the 3rd degree and 1 charge of assault in the 3rd degree. His bond was set at $23500.00 cash or surety.
