Mr. Horn was arrested 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance- Methaphetamine 2.) Misdemeanor Possession of a controlled substance- Marijuana 3.) Possession of drug paraphernalia 4.) No seat belt.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and later was released.
