The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Nissan driven by 64 year old Patricia A. Osborn of Garden City, Missouri traveled off the roadway and struck a telephone pole.
Patricia A. Osborn sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Lees Summit Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle received moderate damages and it was towed from the scene by Stever's Tow.
