On 8/25/18 around 10:18pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 19 year old China Hall of Rich Hill, Missouri.
She was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance 2.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
China Hall was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and was later released.
