The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2013 Harley Davidson driven by 27 year old Nicholas D. Head of Butler, Missouri was attempting to avoid striking another vehicle which caused the bike to overturn and eject Mr. Head.
Nicholas D. Head sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported to a Kansas City area hospital for treatment.
The bike received moderate damages and it was removed from the scene by a private party.
