Mr. West was arrested for 1.) Felony Driving While Intoxicared 2.) Felony Driving While Revoked 3.) No Insurance 4.) Speeding 5.) Careless and Imprudent Driving.
Mr. West was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
