From the Bates County Memorial Hospital

PATRIOT DAY

The Bates County Memorial Hospital flag was lowered then raised to half-mast in a brief ceremony this morning at 7:46 a.m. (8:46 a.m. EST), led by Russell Whisenand, to commemorate that horrendous moment when the first World Trade tower was attacked.

Do you remember what you were doing at that fateful moment on September 11, 2001?

BCMH would like to express our gratitude and honor on this day to our hospital EMS staff, as well as area fire departments, police departments, and Bates County Sheriff's Office.
