Two females arrested after police chase ends in Cass County

On 09/04/18 at approximately 7:47 p.m. a Johnson County Deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the 800 block of NW 50 Hwy, however, the operator of the vehicle failed to yield. 

The vehicle was located later in Cass County with assistance from the Strasburg Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Lotawana and the Kansas City Police Department Aviation unit. 

Two females were taken into custody, Taylor M. Bozeman, 18 years old from Raytown and Mickal D. Miller, 18 years old from Kansas City, MO. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle produced over $7,000.00 in new clothing that was stolen from several Department stores in Columbia and Sedalia, MO. Investigation continues.
