The identification of the men involved in the murder/suicide have been confirmed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
The first victim is Lance Kilgore, 35, of Nixa. The second victim is Charles Sander, 77, of West Plains. Next of kin have been notified.
The investigation has been turned over to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control.
