From the Eldorado Springs Police Department

On October 26, 2018, officers responded to 402 S. Ohio Street in Eldorado Springs, Missouri concerning a reported fight in progress. 

The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kayla E. Fowler, 26, of Schell City, for the probable cause of assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. Officers completed a probable cause statement for these charges. Also arrested was Emily N. Stowell, 19, of Schell City, for the probable cause of peace disturbance by fighting. 

Stowell was released on summons pending a court appearance. 

On October 27, 2018, officers received a Cedar County Felony Warrant charging Fowler with 1st Degree Assault and Armed Criminal Action, with a $20,000.00 bond. She was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.
