Mr. Pace was arrested for 1.) Failure to Yield to a Law Enforcement Office 2.) Speeding 3.) Careless and Imprudent Driving resulting in a crash 4.) No valid drivers license 5.) Failure to drive in the right half of the roadway.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and placed on a 24 hour hold.
