The Nevada Fire Department Chief Bill Thornton stated when crews arrived on scene they found smoke and flames coming out of a wood-frame building. Crews remained on scene for around 90 minutes before they got the fire under control.
Damages were estimated to be around $20,000 and no injuries were reported in this fire.
The structure was owned by Chase Brandt and the fire is currently under investigation by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office.
