School Bus Fire in Rural Butler

The Butler Fire Department along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol are in route to a fully engulfed school bus fire at the intersection of CR 2001 and CR 5001 around the Shaffer Residence off of K Highway in rural Butler.

Everyone is said to be off the bus and there are no injuries. The bus had 8 students and a driver at the time of the fire.
