Harrisonville man seriously injured in Cass County Crash

On 12/8/18 around 1:54pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Blinker Light Road just north of Missouri 2 Highway in rural Cass County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1996 Ford Crown Victoria driven by 60 year old Terry D. Atwood of Harrisonville, Missouri traveled off the roadway and struck a tree causing the vehicle to overturn.

Mr. Atwood sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by air ambulance to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.

The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Miller's Tow of Harrisonville, Missouri.
