Note from Jim Platt: A friendly reminder to everyone from your County Collector/Treasurers Office as the year comes to a close...don't forget to pay your taxes by the end of the year. The Courthouse will be closed Monday Dec 24th, Tuesday the 25th and Tuesday New Years Day.
Thanks to my competent, helpful, wonderful staff we are open during the lunch hour every day for the rest of the year including New Years Eve.
You can drop payment in the drop box in front of the license bureau 24/7 until midnight on the 31st and if you mail on the 31st make sure you ask the Post Office to cancel it or it might not be postmarked 31st as per the USPS. You may not like this post but please like it so your friends and family will get it.
