Donna was born on June 5, 1942 in Mulberry, Kansas. She was the daughter of Gordon L. Mullin and Deloris Douglas. Growing up, Donna was the first of six siblings; Beverly, Patsy, Louise, Dale, and Cheryl. Donna’s parents, the Rev. Gordon and Delores Mullin were the founders of and pastored the Armourdale Tabernacle in Armourdale, Kansas for many years where Donna and Fran lived in their early years.

In the winter of 1958, Donna was joined in marriage with her husband, Marion Malone. Together they were blessed with son Damon and daughter Tina. For seventeen years, Donna was a member of the Raymore Assembly of God where she grew in her faith. Donna also enjoyed her jewelry, watching Fox News with her interest in politics, and loved her God and her country.

Donna was a known as “survivor” surviving many brushes with death. She had a liver transplant back in 1996 and she is known to be one of, if not the longest liver transplant patients from K.U.

Her Faith and positive attitude were always an encouragement to others and those who knew her well. She loved sharing her testimony of what God had done in her life spiritually as well as physically. She was an inspiration to many!

Donna is preceded in death by her parents Rev. Gordon and Deloris Mullin and daughter, Tina Green.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 60 years, Marion Malone; son Damon M. Malone; son in-law, Terry Green; brother Dale Mullin (Marie Elaina); four sisters, Beverly Eagleton, Patsy Watson (Carl), Louise Harris (Tommy), and Cheryl Phillips (Clark); and three grandchildren, Tara Green, Tiffany Jones (Chris), and Haley Malone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a great host of friends.

She will be greatly missed!
