Phillip "Mike" Parks, 70, Clinton, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at his home in Clinton. Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com. 

A Celebration of Mike's Life will be on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 7:30pm at the Clinton Elks Lodge with a friends gathering at 6:30pm also at the Lodge.

Survivors include his wife Linda and daughter Brandi.
