The victim stated that he was in his bedroom and heard a boom. He searched the residence for the source of the noise and found a hole in the window. He then went outside and found holes in the siding.
The Deputy located a pellet from a shotgun round lodged in the window. Due to the spread of the shotgun pattern it appeared the shotgun had been fired from the roadway by the end of the driveway.
