As another round of winter weather approaches, we would like to remind everyone to stay safe and be prepared. Ice accumulation and wind could cause power outages during this storm. This would be a great time to download the SmartHub App. The app makes reporting outages, paying your bill and tracking your electric usage super quick and easy. 

Please keep in mind that when hundreds or perhaps thousands of members lose power at the same time, you will experience busy signals. Rest assured many operators are working to process you calls as quickly as possible.

Let’s hope this storm moves through with little impact and that spring is just around the corner!
