Kansas City is not feeling like itself

The main story for today and the foreseeable future will be the cold. Wind chills this morning are in the single digits to single digits below zero so bundle up as you head out this morning! We as meteorologists love to quantify things (which our families just LOVE..but we won't discuss that here) so, with this forecast we wanted to show where the temperatures we are about to experience are representative of for this time of year.
